Welcome to VeraTap! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using our App, you agree to these terms.

By accessing or using VeraTap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our services.

You may not use our App, website, APIs, or any related infrastructure to:

  • Reverse engineering our App, APIs, or backend systems
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of responsibly reporting them

  • Reselling or redistributing access to our services

5. Security and Enforcement

VeraTap actively monitors for unauthorized access and security threats. We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account for prohibited activity
  • Implement rate limiting, IP blocking, and other protective measures
  • Investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement
  • Pursue legal remedies including civil damages and criminal prosecution

Unauthorized access may result in penalties under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and equivalent laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
